Job Description
The Bill2Cash corporate governance function within a company or group plays a central role in controlling, monitoring, and optimizing the entire process from invoicing to payment receipt. This function is crucial for the liquidity and financial management of the company. The tasks generally include:
- Policies and Procedures: You develop and implement policies for the Bill2Cash process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. You work closely with the tax or accounting department and the external accounting service provider in the development and implementation. You accompany process changes in your area and train the organization.
- Operational Excellence & Performance Management: You set performance goals and indicators (KPIs) for the Bill2Cash process and monitor the performance of the external accounting service provider in executing the processes. You ensure that productivity goals and service levels are achieved and that processes are continuously improved.
- Data Management and Reporting: As process owner, you are responsible for the further development of reporting for receivables and revenues in SAP BW. You ensure within the product team along with IT the continuous development of the reporting so that all steering-relevant information is made available to the controlling organization.
- Technology and Systems: in coordination with IT and the external service provider, you manage the selection and implementation of software and tools that support the Bill2Cash process, e.g., SAP SoA People.
- Compliance & Internal Controls: You support the risk management in your area by identifying risks, developing measures, and implementing internal control mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 4 years of regular studies in business administration or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounting or controlling are required. Experience in working with Bill2Cash processes, ideally in a corporate environment, is desirable
- Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong team and communication skills
- Proactivity and results orientation
- Working in an international environment is a matter of course (business fluent English)
- High IT affinity, very good knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0 with the FI and SD modules or SAP BW . SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage.
- Very strong MS Office skills (e.g. MS Excel)
