Job Summary:

As a Senior Fieldwork Executive, you will supervise and support Fieldwork Coordinators to ensure data quality and productivity performance.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Guide Coordinators to ensure they understand their roles, duties, and fieldwork targets clearly and work in accordance with procedures:

  • Explain all FW targets for coordinators clearly
  • Guiding Coordinators to make sure they archieve their targets and undestand their role.

Plan, implement, and supervise tasks to ensure targets are met:

  • Implement and supervise strictly tasks of every coordinator in team.
  • Fulfill Observation, Validation and Revisit plan.
  • Analyse Strong and Weakness of team and have action plans.
  • Set and evaluate KPI for their coordinators
  • Hold regular meetings ( Update news, remind, implement targets...)
  • Guiding tasks in accordance with the procedures and retraining coordinators yearly.

Observation, Valid and Revisit planning

  • Planning and implementing.
  • Follow up progress and report.

Support and develop coordinators in their team to improve skills and working attitude

  • Supervise, check and evaluate skills and working attitude of every coordinator.
  • Plan for improvement and development of every coordinator
  • Find out their desire, expectation.
  • Set and evaluate KPI for every coordinator.

Build two-way information between coordinators and line manager to make sure all members understand in the same way ( throughout and consistent communication)

  • Get information from coordinators or managers.
  • Find out purpose and the meaning of information.
  • Communicate to coordinators or managers.
  • Evaluate the efficient after communicating.

Summary information to report as request

  • Plan to implement date input and collect data to report.

Perform other related tasks as required by direct manager

Key Competencies:

  • College or University graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (MS Word , Excel and Basic Access)
  • English proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Have ability to plan, implement and control
  • Having listening and presentation skills
  • Having an inquiring mind and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel to other provinces.
