JOB PURPOSE
We’re building the future of how chefs and operators interact with digital tools and we’re looking for a Senior Experience Designer to lead the design of our AI‑powered, cross‑platform experiences.

In this role, you will shape global frameworks used across 70+ markets, design personalised omnichannel journeys, and bring AI-driven innovations to life across web, app, and future platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of design, AI, and food service - influencing strategy, defining standards, and designing experiences with real-world business impact.

As the Experience Design Lead, you will own the design, and delivery of critical product features and experiences across all digital platforms - web, mobile app, and future channels. This will be a hyper personalised experience powered by AI. You’ll be integral part of a global framework of an end to end customer journey. You will also guide and help CX leads with local implementations. You will work independently (with input from different team members) to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive initiatives from concept through launch and optimization, leveraging modern technologies including AI to create competitive advantage. As a strategic design leader, you will bridge business objectives with user needs, make high-stakes decisions with ambiguity, and influence stakeholders at all levels to deliver experiences that drive measurable business results. Your work will shape the future of how professional chefs & operators interact with our digital ecosystem, requiring systems-level thinking, cross-platform expertise, and the ability to balance innovation with execution excellence.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Working with the OX manager (and team), to execute on the strategy and vision.

  • Own end-to-end digital product initiatives and feature development from opportunity identification through strategy, design, launch, and optimization—making critical decisions independently and managing complexity across stakeholders.

  • Co-create the global framework that will get translated into local solutions in partnership with CX leads for their markets.

  • Define product roadmap & backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.

  • Lead discovery and problem framing for complex, ambiguous challenges—working with UX designer and digital experience insights manager on conducting research, on analyzing market trends, and synthesizing insights to define the right problems to solve.

  • Design comprehensive, cross-platform experiences across web, mobile, and future channels with systems-level thinking—ensuring consistency in interaction patterns, visual language, and user flows while solving for scale.

  • Identify and integrate modern technologies, including AI-powered capabilities (personalization, intelligent search, recommendations, conversational interfaces), where they create genuine user and business value.

  • Working with DX insights manager to establish and analyse success metrics and KPIs for owned features, to make data-informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.

  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across CX, Technology, Data, Sales, and Digital Marketing on strategy, priorities, and trade-offs—communicating design rationale and business impact effectively.

  • Working with Senior UX designer on user research initiatives for strategic questions, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights and design decisions.

  • Manage global rollout of features with Webmaster lead, ensuring solutions adapt appropriately for regional market needs, working with CX leads to understand local contexts.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices—bringing outside perspective to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Experience making high-stakes design and product decisions independently, including prioritization, trade-off management, and strategic direction.

  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, business) without formal authority.

  • Demonstrated AI/ML product design application (not only exposure)

  • Deep experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (cross-platform experience).

  • Proven ability to define product strategy and roadmap based on user research, business objectives, and market opportunities.
