- Experience in software engineering roles, including developing Extract Transform Load (ETL) and Extract Load Transform (ELT) solutions using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
- Experience developing data pipelines and workflows for 5 or more years in practical, applied environments.
- Experience or familiarity working with NoSQL or other industry‑standard data technologies.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); this experience is welcome but not required.
- Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SQL Server to support performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Integrate data from multiple systems, including Salesforce APIs and third‑party platforms, while contributing to shared data standards and documentation.
- Build and maintain Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated data engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver data solutions, participate in code reviews, and support team knowledge‑sharing.
- Identify and resolve production issues, contribute to sustainable improvements, and support ongoing data‑quality monitoring and validation.

Mandatory Technical Skills
You will bring:
- Experience in ETL or data engineering roles with applied experience using Databricks and Python.
- Proficiency in SQL, including experience with SQL Server and related tooling.
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
- Experience integrating Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) sources such as Salesforce through APIs and working with version control tools such as Git.
- Experience building and maintaining Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Ideal Technical Skills
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Delta Lake or Databricks performance optimization.
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, or compliance practices.
- Experience contributing to team learning or helping others develop skills.
