Senior Django Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in the Django stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Django, but also bring expertise in PostreSQL, MongoDB, and be familiar with tools like Jira. Bitbucket and Confluence. This role will play a crucial part in building and enhancing our cutting-edge solution

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using the Django framework.
2. Design, implement, and manage databases, including proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
4. Use Jira for task tracking and project management.
5. Maintain code integrity and versioning using Bitbucket.
6. Perform code reviews and ensure the highest standards of code quality.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

· Proven experience with Django and Python for backend development.

· Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.

· Proficiency in frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery.

· Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

· Familiarity with Agile tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.

· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality code.

· Intermediate English level or higher (technical documentation and discussions).

Nice to Have

· Passion for AI, Copilot-assisted development, and emerging technologies.

· Experience in telecommunications: Wireless Transport, Fiber Optics, Routing, or Energy Efficiency.

· Knowledge of Golang for backend development.

· Experience with containerization (Docker) and MicroK8s.

· Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
