Overview:
Aman is seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Revenue Management to lead global revenue performance across its portfolio. This strategic role will drive pricing excellence, forecasting accuracy, and total revenue optimisation across all revenue streams and regions, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and on-property execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global revenue management strategy across all properties, driving pricing, forecasting, and total revenue performance.
Develop and refine global pricing architecture, rate fences, and inventory optimization frameworks.
Oversee performance of rooms and non-rooms revenue streams (F&B, Spa, etc.) to maximize profitability.
Monitor channel performance and segmentation mix to optimise distribution efficiency.
Establish and enforce revenue management policies, SOPs, and governance standards globally.
Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Revenue Management teams, fostering capability and performance excellence.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Brand to align pricing strategies with commercial campaigns and objectives.
Oversee enterprise forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely regional submissions.
Support pre-opening revenue planning and integration of new properties into global frameworks.
Identify system and process improvements to enhance revenue management effectiveness and data integrity.
Key Requirements
10–15 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, including leadership of multi-property or global teams.
Proven expertise in luxury or resort hospitality environments.
Demonstrated success in implementing revenue optimisation strategies and scalable frameworks.
Strong command of IDeaS RMS, Opera Cloud PMS/Central, CRS systems (e.g., SynXis), and BI tools (e.g., Lighthouse, STR, TravelClick).
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a commercial mindset.
Adept at leading distributed teams across regions and driving collaboration across functions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in multicultural environments.
Experience in integrating revenue strategies with financial and commercial planning processes.
Ability to manage complexity and deliver measurable performance improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
