Key Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders; act as a strategic advisor for their technology needs.
- Technology Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Coates’ products and solutions to clearly articulate value and drive adoption.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within accounts, working cross-functionally to execute growth strategies.
- Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery, partnering with internal teams (Project Management, Tech, Supply Chain) to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Forecasting & Planning: Validate monthly client forecasts and collaborate with Supply Chain for accurate demand planning and inventory management.
- Consultative Approach: Uncover client challenges and offer tailored technology solutions through a consultative, insight-driven sales style.
- Revenue Impact: Drive account-level revenue through strategic planning, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead pricing and contract discussions to ensure alignment with client needs and company objectives.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the internal voice of the client, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution of issues.
- Data & Reporting: Use CRM and data analytics tools to track client activity, forecast pipeline, and support decision-making.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Technology, or related field); Master’s a plus
- 7+ years of experience in technology account management, delivery, or consultative sales
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, strategic client relationships
- Strong knowledge of digital/technology solutions and industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in demand forecasting and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Deployment, and Supply Chain teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and forecasting tools
