As Digital Manager, you’ll work across a strong portfolio of clients within our award-winning Adelaide team, including major integrated accounts such as Federal Group and top-tier travel and experience brands. You’ll be the go-to performance manager, shaping strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging digital platforms, and ensuring execution is grounded in data and aligned to business outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in guiding clients through the performance ecosystem, ensuring clarity across KPIs, measurement and optimisation pathways.
Core responsibilities:
Lead performance media strategy across search, social and full-funnel digital channels, anchored in platform best practice and commercial objectives
Act as the strategic link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clean communication, aligned KPIs, clear measurement frameworks and consistent pacing management
Drive performance strategy for key integrated accounts and top-tier travel and experience brands within the portfolio
Oversee day-to-day execution across Google Ads, Meta and broader social platforms, guiding junior team members on campaign builds, pacing, optimisation, QA and delivery to scope
Own reporting frameworks and translate platform and Google Analytics insight into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and revenue performance
Champion a performance culture built on structured testing, data-driven iteration and continuous improvement.
A bit about you:
A proactive, self-driven approach with the energy and enthusiasm to take initiative, solve challenges, and deliver results without waiting for direction
A proven track record of delivering results by identifying and executing on key optimization opportunities
Experience managing and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, including creative research, ad copy creation, optimization, and reporting.
Reporting at a monthly and quarterly basis, making sure details are clear and accurate
Ability and want to build a culture of continuous testing, learning, and refinement to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Can easily collaborate with different teams and celebrate collective achievements
