Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and own end-to-end solutions within the department’s scope, from concept through implementation to maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Drive development of tools, automation and platform components supporting Radio SW development and delivery.
- Take ownership of selected technical areas, ensuring high quality, maintainability and scalability of delivered solutions.
- Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes and implement robust, long-term solutions across software and infrastructure layers.
- Collaborate with development teams, architects and stakeholders to align solutions with product requirements and delivery goals.
- Contribute to and improve engineering standards, development processes and best practices within the team.
- Lead or support internal R&D initiatives, technical improvements and innovation activities within the Platform area.
You have:
- Experience in software development projects
- Strong communication and cooperation skills; good command of English.
- Understanding of embedded systems and C/C++ build environments (e.g., CMake).
- Good knowledge of Python and Bash.
- Hands-on experience with Docker.
- Experience with Jenkins (or other CI systems).
- Experience with GitLab and Gerrit (or similar tools).
- Strong engineering mindset with focus on quality, automation and maintainability.
Nice to have:
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle in complex systems.
- Linux and Windows administration knowledge.
- Familiarity with Jira, Yocto, web applications or databases.
What you’ll gain:
- High-impact role influencing software delivery efficiency and quality across multiple teams.
- Opportunity to shape platform solutions, automation ecosystem and engineering practices within RL1 Platform.
- Work in a collaborative, international environment with strong engineering culture and continuous improvement mindset.
