Join a company that’s not only leading, but also shaping, the future of security operations.
Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Demand Programs Specialist to be a part of making this happen.
About the Role
The Senior Demand Programs Specialist is a key member of the Revenue Marketing organization, responsible for shaping and optimizing global activation programs that drive high-quality demand, pipeline creation, customer retention and channel partner engagement. This role serves as the subject matter expert for three core engagement motions—Direct Mail, Content Syndication, and Meeting Setting programs—providing strategic guidance while also supporting execution to ensure global consistency, performance, and scale. This role will also collaborate across the revenue marketing organization to provide feedback and refinements to help drive performance in non-centralized direct mail programs.
Responsibilities
Lead global strategy for demand programs, primarily but not exclusively related to Direct Mail, Content Syndication, and Meeting Setting programs, ensuring each program is scalable, data-driven, and aligned to ICP and pipeline goals.
Serve as the primary SME for these engagement motions, establishing best practices, framework documents, targeting guidance, and performance benchmarks leveraged by global and regional teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, Global Services & Operations, and Sales Development to align audiences, offers, and activation tactics.
Manage relationships with key external vendors and platforms (e.g., Sendoso/PFL, content syndication partners, meeting setting vendors), ensuring program quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
Provide hands-on executional support for global activation initiatives, including audience recommendations, brief development, asset routing, vendor coordination, and QA of program setup.
Build and maintain globally scalable processes, playbooks, and enablement materials to ensure consistent execution and performance across all regions and segments.
Analyze program performance and deliver ongoing insights and recommendations to optimize conversion rates and scale high-performing tactics.
Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.).
Who You Are
Strong understanding of engagement programs (primarily direct mail, content syndication and meeting setting programs) and their roles within integrated demand generation and regional marketing plans.
Excellent project management and organizational skills — able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with sales, regional marketing, operations, and creative teams.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure impact, optimize campaigns, and report performance.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for testing, learning, and innovating.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Sendoso).
Team oriented with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet expectations and deadlines across multiple projects.
Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to evolve with the business.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing programs.
Experience managing end-to-end direct mail campaigns (strategy through execution and analysis).
Proven ability to drive measurable business results — pipeline growth, influenced revenue, engagement rates, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience working in Marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with API integrations, attribution and BI tools (Tableau).
Experience working with direct mail vendors (Sendoso), logistics providers, and fulfillment processes.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) principles and multi-channel campaign integration.
Track record of producing high quality MQLs that translate into revenue.
On-Camera Policy
To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.
Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers.
We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
