As a Senior Data Scientist at Advansys, you will play a critical role in extracting insights and driving data-driven decision making across the organization. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging problems and leverage cutting-edge technologies to develop innovative solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize business problems that can be solved using data science techniques.
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and visualization to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and deploy scalable and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advances in data science and machine learning.

- Advanced degree (Ph.D./MSc) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing complex machine learning models and algorithms.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
