Senior Data & Insights Specialist | FP&A

We are looking for a Senior Data & Insights Specialist to join our FP&A team. This is a newly created role designed to elevate how the organization manages, analyzes, and operationalizes data. You will partner closely with the COO and CTO organizations to build scalable data infrastructure, develop dashboards, and deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making.

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and datasets for FP&A and cross-functional teams.

• Create centralized data repositories to support ongoing and future analytical needs.

• Own and execute ETL processes across multiple sources (extract, clean, transform, and load).

• Ensure data quality, structure, and consistency across all platforms.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

• Support transformation initiatives, including revenue consolidation, timecard tracking, and P&L reporting.

• Power BI

• Excel

• Additional data management or ETL tools, as needed

• Strong data management and ETL experience.

• Hands-on expertise building dashboards, datasets, and models in Power BI.

• Familiarity with core FP&A and financial reporting concepts.

• Proven success working with disparate and messy data sources.

• Experience in a technology consulting or digital engineering environment is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

• Fully remote position.

• No travel required.
