What you’ll be doing

• Automate to Innovate: Elevate our Excel and PPT reports from routine to remarkable through smart automation.
• Future-Proof Systems: Craft modular automation or programming systems for Excel and PPT reports that effortlessly scale, keeping pace with our growing data needs while maintaining top performance.
• Streamline for Success: Spot opportunities within our current data delivery processes to introduce automation, working hand-in-hand with our dedicated teams to implement these enhancements.
• Knowledge Sharer: Pass on your wisdom of efficiency tools and hacks to our Delivery team, fostering a culture of knowledge and growth.
• Collaborative Communicator: Engage with key stakeholders and bridge departmental divides, ensuring our automation objectives are in perfect harmony with our broader goals.

The skills & experience you’ll need.

• Industry Experience: Possessing 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as Data Analytics, IT, Data Engineering, or Market Research.
• Educational Background: Preference for degrees in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Programming Proficiency: Proficient in VBA programming and R, with a foundational understanding of Python. Familiarity with additional programming languages is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in utilizing MS Office and Power BI, with some experience in Power Query.
• Database Knowledge: Basic familiarity with databases, such as MS Access.
• Data Automation: Competent in managing systems designed for efficient processing of large data sets through intelligent data automation.
• Professional Growth: Committed to continuous learning, prioritizing efficiency, adaptability, and a deep comprehension of the data landscape and its business implications.
