Senior Data Analyst (Machine Learning)

The Position: The Senior Data Analyst will serve as the primary developer of Machine Leaning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) models using Microsoft Azure platform and services. This position will serve as an internal consultant, collaborating across teams, using modern automation and Machine Learning technology to enhance business processes and analysis. Deliverables will include development and deployment of automation processes and Machine Learning models via Azure platform, collaboration with Software Engineering teams for model integrations for website, and presentation of impactful data narratives to internal and external customers.

Who should apply?

• Graduate degree (Master’s or above) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Applied Statistics or related quantitative field from an accredited university
• 2+ years of work experience related to Data Science or and/or engineering preferred
• 1+ year work experience specific to model development and deployment in Azure ML platform (CI/CD)
• Work experience with at least one of the following areas of ML: computer vision, semantic analysis, document processing and/or speech analysis
• Proficient in Azure ML Studio functionalities, MLOps pipeline and computational programming (Python, C++ etc.)
• Well versed with API management and integration with data sources in Azure ML
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data scientists and to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases
• Understand business use cases/functionality and recommend and develop appropriate solution in Azure ML platform
• Develop, maintain, and improve the CI/CD framework for large scale model testing, evaluation, and optimization
• Assist with process development for document based and web-based data extraction and natural language processing (NLP)
• Develop novel solutions for automation using AI/ML technology and other new advancements in the field
• Use data technology skills to gather and understand large data sets

Job Location: 3232 McKinney Ave Ste 1500, Dallas, TX 75204.

• Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
• Your role on the Products team will have the option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required quarterly and additional days as needed based on project/team support needs.
• Training: You will have a 7-week in-person training focusing on ISNetworld functionality followed by our position-specific training virtually. During this time, certain days may be deemed ok for remote learning as directed by the Training Team and Management.
