As a Senior Client Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and helping them achieve their business objectives. Working closely with Managers and Directors, you'll assist in managing various accounts, engaging directly with clients, and contributing to study design, analysis, and presentation preparation. Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.
- Winning Work: Identifying opportunities to expand business with existing clients through upselling support by Directors.
- Managing Projects: Overseeing sensory testing and ad hoc research projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Delivering Analysis to Generate Insights: Analysing data, using tools like Q or SPSS, to generate valuable insights for clients.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrating a strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the business, including budgeting and project profitability.
What you will be accountable for:
- Handling Sensory Testing and Research: Managing sensory research projects across various clients and industries.
- Research Process: Overseeing the research process from proposal and questionnaire development to creating customized reports and presenting findings to clients.
- New Product Development and Innovation: Focusing on projects related to new product development and innovation, leading presentations with clients, and nurturing client relationships.
- Data Analysis: Seeking insights within the data and effectively communicating the story behind the data.
Required skills:
- Sensory Research Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sensory research, both quantitative and qualitative and Trained Panel management would be a bonus (not essential)
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Q or SPSS.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business and commercial aspects.
- Quantitative Survey Design: Ability to design quantitative surveys effectively.
- Research Reporting: Strong skills in research reporting and creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Time Management: Ability to work under tight timelines and meet deadlines.
- Client Management: Independent decision-making on day-to-day projects to meet client objectives, with regular communication with clients.
- Multi-Market Studies: Experience in running studies that span multiple markets.
- Additional Research Experience: Familiarity with other research areas such as concept testing, ad testing, brand tracking, price and pack analysis, etc. but not essential
