Job Description
Job Summary: Manage a portfolio of clients by providing financial solutions to meet their needs through cross-functional collaboration within UOB.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong client relationships by understanding clients’ businesses and financial goals, and delivering exceptional service quality.
• Advise clients on optimal financial structures and investment strategies based on their risk appetite and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for UOB to serve clients better, including identifying areas where we can provide innovative solutions.
• Work closely with colleagues across UOB to provide integrated solutions that address clients’ needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, as well as maintain high standards of conduct and ethics in all interactions with clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Minimum degree in Business or Finance.
• At least 10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in corporate banking or investment banking.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation), interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
• Experience working with multinational companies.
• Experience working in Singapore.
