WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end mapping and documentation of business processes, ensuring a clear and comprehensive view of operational workflows;
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes align with business needs and strategic objectives;
- Drive the definition and implementation of new processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational viability;
- Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives through a critical, data-informed approach focused on delivering tangible business outcomes;
- Analyze and challenge existing processes by identifying opportunities for innovation, leveraging emerging technologies and disruptive solutions to drive smarter and more efficient ways of working;
- Act as a senior reference within the team, supporting and mentoring other team members in their development.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in process mapping, improvement and transformation, ideally in complex or fast-paced environments;
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to support decision-making — experience with SQL or BigQuery is a plus;
- You are familiar with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Bizagi) and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma or similar;
- You have experience working in cross-functional teams and understand how to align process design with business and operational needs;
- You bring hands-on experience in implementing or optimizing processes supported by technology, automation or workflow tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines, low-code platforms);
- You stay up to date with technology trends and have a keen interest in applying innovation to process design and improvement;
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
