We're a creative team, building copy, data and visual assets for all our channels. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

GUIMARÃES
Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the ‘birthplace of Portugal’. This is where our creative operations team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility with a games room, music area and unbeatable chill-out zone. 

THE ROLE
As a key member of our CCO Business Process team, you will own the full lifecycle of critical business processes, from initial design and documentation to implementation and ongoing optimization. Reporting to the Manager of CCO Business Processes, you'll leverage your expertise by introducing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization. You will also act as a senior point of reference, guiding and supporting the development of other team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the end-to-end mapping and documentation of business processes, ensuring a clear and comprehensive view of operational workflows;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes align with business needs and strategic objectives;
  • Drive the definition and implementation of new processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational viability;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives through a critical, data-informed approach focused on delivering tangible business outcomes;
  • Analyze and challenge existing processes by identifying opportunities for innovation, leveraging emerging technologies and disruptive solutions to drive smarter and more efficient ways of working;
  • Act as a senior reference within the team, supporting and mentoring other team members in their development.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of experience in process mapping, improvement and transformation, ideally in complex or fast-paced environments;
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to support decision-making — experience with SQL or BigQuery is a plus;
  • You are familiar with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Bizagi) and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma or similar;
  • You have experience working in cross-functional teams and understand how to align process design with business and operational needs;
  • You bring hands-on experience in implementing or optimizing processes supported by technology, automation or workflow tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines, low-code platforms);
  • You stay up to date with technology trends and have a keen interest in applying innovation to process design and improvement;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
