Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work remotely.
ECS is seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic rapid development team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Our team supports a quickly growing software development platform that is focused on providing solutions that empower our Federal customers with the custom applications and capabilities needed to drive the DHS mission forward. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help lead and support stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and Agile workflow management with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
- Owning and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable.
- Leading requirements gathering and analysis, change management, and continuous delivery.
- Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and surfacing process improvement opportunities.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution to validate that delivered functionality meets user needs
- Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables as needed.
- Coordinate with various data team roles and skillsets to support solution design and project execution.
Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000
