As a Senior Business Analyst – eCommerce, you will be a member of a diverse team that is accountable for managing the Digital Commerce Platform for Tax and Accounting Wolters Kluwer. In this role, you are responsible for supporting our North American business segments and other critical enhancements that drive eCommerce marketing revenue. You will be expected to collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team of Marketers, eCommerce, UX designers, system analyst, developers, QA resources and other business leaders who will all contribute to the fulfillment of major and operational eStore releases. Additionally, you will lead the operational enablement of prioritized products that will be sold online to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine intricate process analyses and end-to-end process mappings.
Propose actionable recommendations for process and operational improvements.
Maintain detailed and updated records on business operations.
Document and understand Adobe Commerce related processes; advise internal users on administrator responsibilities
Participate actively in the development of strategic and long-term business plans.
Provide comprehensive data analysis and present to senior team members and stakeholders.
Offer support in implementing and monitoring business recommendations.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s, Computer Science or equivalent degree or combination of education and experience.
Requires 2+ years of eCommerce or business operations experience with enterprise level solution in a marketing environment
2+ years business / requirements analyst experience with exposure to varied projects and environments
2+ years with Adobe Commerce or other enterprise eCommerce platform
Skills:
Experience working in an enterprise or matrixed organization

Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Compensation:
$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
