Finout is looking for a Senior Brand Designer with a sharp eye for concept, craft, and consistency — someone who knows how to turn big ideas into engaging, high-impact marketing experiences across channels.

In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership, collaborate closely with marketing, and help shape the way Finout shows up in the world. You’ll work with our existing brand and visual language, bringing it to life across every touchpoint — with clarity, creativity, and attention to detail.

This is a full-time role based in our Tel Aviv HQ

What you’ll do

Own and execute Brand design work across web, social, campaigns, and more

Be a strategic partner, not just a do-er — working collaboratively with Marketing, PMM, Design, and other stakeholders

Help shape and evolve the visual language of the Finout brand

Take part in marketing strategy discussions and bring ideas to the table

Maintain a high level of visual quality and consistency across all assets

Review work with a data-aware mindset and continuously improve based on performance
What we’re looking for

4+ years of experience in Brand design in SaaS or tech

Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, systems thinking, and creative versatility

Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset

Deep understanding of how design supports marketing goals

Ability to lead projects independently, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-moving environment

Ability to adapt, switch gears, prioritize, and meet deadlines to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience working across multiple formats: web, print, social, landing pages, motion etc.

A curious, humble, proactive human who’s fun to work with

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
