As Senior Billing Operations Associate, you will assist with:
- Handling day-to-day billing operations while observing North American timings to ensure seamless cross-time zone collaboration
- Handling billing discrepancies, responding to queries, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues
- Managing subscription amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations in the billing system
- Supporting the creation and modification of subscription plans and pricing models in the billing system
- Investigating and resolving billing disputes, working with cross-functional teams to gather information and providing timely resolutions
- Carrying out weekly reconciliations, ensuring billing data is aligned between different sources
- Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements in billing operations, including automation and system optimization
- Documenting billing processes
- Assisting with other Finance tasks as and when required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years’ experience in Billing Operations
- Intermediate-to-pro level expertise in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)
- A passion for Finance, number crunching and operations
- Attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
Location/Time Zone: Candidates must be able to consistently work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
