We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BI Solutions Architect to join the team. As the BI Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data analytics in the multifamily industry by driving growth with enterprise customers, advising and partnering on strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional value through world-class software releases. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized BI solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure clients maximize the value of BI solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients effectively use BI tools and interpret data insights.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify opportunities for new features and enhancements based on data insights and client feedback.
- Test and validate new BI features and functionalities to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in the design and development of new BI products and services.
- Partner and advise the integration of various data sources to create a comprehensive data ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data processes, BI solutions, and client implementations.
- Lead the design and development of interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of product plans, with a focus on enterprise clients.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and features.
- Monitor and develop product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform product enhancements.
- Stay updated with emerging AI & BI technologies, trends, and best practices. Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new BI solutions and capabilities that enhance our platform's value proposition.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years experience as a software engineer or related role within the software industry.
- 5+ years experience as a BI Solutions Architect or similar role in a SaaS or technology-driven company, with a focus on designing and implementing BI solutions.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Domo.
- Hands-on experience with leading BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Strong understanding of software development processes, and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise companies purchasing software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and make informed decisions.
- Previous experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and enterprise customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with the multi-family industry
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
