Senior Associate Financial Due Diligence
Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing.
Kroll's Transaction Advisory Services practice provides financial due diligence and deal execution. As a Senior Associate you will be part of a team that supports private equity funds and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering high-quality financial analysis to make informed investment decisions.
The role offers a steep learning curve, direct exposure to senior members of the team and clients in a dynamic and international environment.
Day to day responsibilities:
Preparing in-depth financial analysis of financial statements to identify transaction risks and opportunities
Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods
Contributing to assessing normalized EBITDA, net debt adjustments and working capital trends
Contributing to report-writing and client deliverables
Supporting, assisting and training junior members of the team
Essential Traits:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services or Financial Audit
Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines
Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Proven interpersonal and client relationship skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams
Flexibility to travel, as required
