Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Perform regular trade data and market data validation (Price checking, Corporate actions checking, other securities master parameters checking, trade files receive status etc) over various asset classes including but not limit to Equity, future & options, fixed income, fx, OTC products, etc;
- Maintain the Geneva system with various asset classes including listed investments and OTC products.
- Work closely with IT and fund accounting team to ensure NAV is delivered on time and market data issue is resolved timely.
- Establish data workflow for data management team, which involves, security master maintenance, reconciliation, pricing, corporate actions.
- Handling general administrative tasks and liaising with other departments as required;
- Provide support to other operations’ tasks as assigned from time to time;
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines.
- 3-5 years working experience preferably gained in the financial services industry. Fund Services experience or previous market data management experiences would be a plus.
- Proactive, mature, high level of attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure and strong sense of meeting tight committed deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation applications, including the ability to produce neatly presented work.
