What You'll Do:
- This is a highly visible role with the executive team and has a significant impact on a multi-million-dollar team.
- Be the lead analytical resource on a growing mortgage business. As we grow our team, leadership opportunities will be available if desired.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive our growth strategies and decision-making processes, synthesizing and presenting your findings in a way that clearly communicates the impact.
- Manage both day-to-day and strategic operations, including formulating, designing, implementing and executing strategic initiatives for Sage.
- Identify growth opportunities, leveraging your skills in data analysis to opportunity size and forecast potential avenues for business impact.
- Own communication streams with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for communicating performance trends, testing ideas, partnership launches, and larger initiatives that will step-change the business’s growth trajectory.
- Gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, digital marketing, finance, and technology.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive decisions and behavior changes through analytical capabilities and data-driven solutions, and the ability to measure and analyze the impact of these solutions
- Analytical Toolkit:
- Advanced Excel and SQL experience required.
- Experience with SSAS/other database/analysis packages.
- Experience with sales software (CRMs, Telephony, etc)
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve new problems and learn new skills.
- Drive: The ideal candidate is proactive, has a positive attitude, is well-organized, and is adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to communicate and work across multiple functions and teams.
- Ownership: The business will go as far as you take us. We don’t hire employees, we hire owners. You will have the ability to have a massive impact on a growing business, and as such should treat it like your own.
- Strong sense of self-awareness and a steady commitment to get better every day.
- Experience in, and understanding of mortgage sales and processes a plus.
Compensation:
- Cash compensation range: $90,000-$130,000*
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
