Role Responsibilities

  • Delivering training to specialists for assigned teams and ensuring proper certification processes, logging training records, and maintaining training programs.

  • Driving training innovations, developing new training programs, working with stakeholders from other teams, and acting as a training champion in training related projects.

  • Responsible for day-to-day performance of agent service operations teams, including operational risk analysis and process improvement activities.

  • May have responsibilities to support employee and management development.

Role Requirements

  • Higher education or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of agent service experience is preferred.

  • Experience facilitating training programs, mentoring peers or similar.

  • Adaptability to a fast-changing environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.

  • Readiness to drive and contribute to innovations independently and in collaboration with others.

  • Experience in process improvement would be preferred.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,475 – 2,191 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
