Job Description:
The Senior Associate will be part of a collaborative team, specifically focused on transforming raw data into insights for our clients. Your role will be to facilitate delivery of best in class analytic and data assessments and roadmaps per established processes and templates in concert with other business disciplines. You'll have a natural interest in all things data: whether it’s data tidying, visualization, analysis, or statistics, using data is a passion. You will report to the Associate Director, Analytics. This is a remote role.
Data Management:
- You will access and compile large volumes of custom and syndicated data from different sources into concise and precise information
- You will stitch data together from multiple data sources
- You will resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues
- You will verify accuracy, develop databases, systems, and programs that facilitate econometric modeling
- You will ensure data quality and data documentation
- You will determine information needs and sources of data
- You will develop new data sources and data management tools
Data Analysis and Presentation:
- You will understand the business processes and use the procured knowledge in planning, execution and reporting
- You will interpret data and analyze results to produce insights
- You will produce easy-to-understand, error-free, deliverables and communicate findings
- You will produce visuals (charts, graphs) and presentations for summary trend statistics
- You will create and maintain a dashboard that meets the client need
- You will diagnose database queries
- You will have a basic understanding of the Digital Media landscape
- You will handle small data pulls (ad hoc requests) and provide support for larger data needs.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in a quantitative business environment
- Experience in marketing analytics
- Experience in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Datorama)
- Experience in SQL (Python is a plus)
- Proficient in PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- BS in quantitative studies or equivalent experience
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000.00 - $110,400.00 Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
