We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Austin, Texas. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role will support the client support team by coordinating policy renewals, preparing documents, managing communications, and ensuring timely follow-up, while adhering to Marsh’s compliance and transparency standards.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate directly with our client support team to provide outstanding service to our clients
- Assist client support team members with gathering and formatting client renewal information, presentations, proposals, and other documents that are required when a client’s policy renews
- Work closely with the supported colleagues for timeline coordination within a client’s renewal
- Manage and record client and carrier communications in a shared document repository to ensure timely follow up and review by the client team
- Assist with the creation or maintenance of policy renewal documents and report on open items
- Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional, and transparency standards
What you need to have:
- High school diploma with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with remote client teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, conduct research, and ensure accurate information delivery.
