  • Craft and execute cutting-edge paid social media strategies for client brands.
  • Serve as a crucial resource for campaign insights, performance analysis, and rapid problem-solving.
  • Utilize your strong paid social experience across diverse networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, leveraging in-platform optimization and testing opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client brands and diseases, harnessing social media to benefit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) audiences.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate social efforts seamlessly into overarching media plans.
  • Lead status meetings, serve as a team lead, and oversee campaign reviews while delegating tasks across junior staff.
  • Manage the paid social calendar, orchestrating promotional strategies across all social channels.
  • Educate clients and partner agencies on social media best practices, contributing to thought leadership efforts.
  • Stay updated on FDA regulations and processes relevant to social media in the pharmaceutical space.
  • Recommend adjusted messaging, placements, or strategies based on in-depth social analysis to enhance client engagement.
  • Utilize social analytics tools, including native reporting resources like Facebook Ads Manager, to drive performance improvements.
  • Ensure error-free ad launches, providing guidance and supervision to your team.
  • Explore and innovate, discovering new ways for clients to engage their audience via social media.
  • Contribute to the mentorship of junior team members, guiding them through challenges and fostering professional growth.

  • 4+ years of impactful experience in paid social, with a proven track record of success.
  • A background in agency or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking prowess, and a knack for workplace etiquette.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
  • A thirst for knowledge and a commitment to staying ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
  • Analytical mindset and a knack for drawing actionable insights from data sets.
