What You’ll Own

As a Senior ML & AI Engineer, you’ll work with bleeding-edge technologies to build innovative fintech products that transform how the world pays, banks, and invests. You’ll be responsible for developing core versions of AI and GenAI applications, identifying client requirements, defining technical specifications, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting client training.

  • Design, build, and deploy ML models, LLMs, and generative AI systems for real-world applications
  • Develop agentic AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar
  • Fine-tune and optimize large-scale models for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Analyze, design, program, debug, and enhance software used in commercial-grade applications
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs
  • Write clean, maintainable code and perform rigorous testing and debugging
  • Participate in software design meetings and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Document development processes and support installation and maintenance procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Client Training) to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions
  • Lead or contribute to project planning, budgeting, and delivery
  • Present technical insights and solutions to both technical and business stakeholders

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and generative models
  • Familiarity with agentic AI tools and orchestration frameworks
  • Solid understanding of data science, statistics, and model evaluation techniques
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, AI system architecture, and modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with financial services, banking, or payments technology
  • Familiarity with FIS/Worldpay products and services
  • Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma)
  • Experience with secure, scalable cloud-native architectures
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
