Senior Affidavits Coordinator
Capital One is seeking a self-motivated individual with organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. The Senior Affidavits Coordinator will be responsible for processing equity requests on impounded vehicles. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, often-changing, fast paced environment while displaying sound judgment and attention to detail.
The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills required to interact with internal and external customers, commercial clients, financial institutions and regulatory agencies on a daily basis
• Maintain a regulated notary log for compliance
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to maintain focus working independently and also within a team environment
• Ability to positively adapt to continuous change
• Independent and self motivated worker
• Strong attention to detail
• Effectively able to prioritize work and time with limited oversight

This role is an essential position and requires on site attendance. Not a hybrid role.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Location: On-site , North Plano, TX (Plano 5)
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of auto financing or banking experience experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience with in office document processing
• At least 1 year of impounds or vehicle remarketing experience
