Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Ad Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced, groundbreaking Digital Acquisitions Strategy and Operations team (DASO) in the APJ region. The role requires an acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies, and a mastery of workflows and processes.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing digital ad campaigns utilising analytics and insights to meet campaign performance goals through a data-driven approach. They have expertise on programmatic display platforms such as DV360, Trade Desk as well as a familiarity with running programs on paid social platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
What you get to do in this role:
- Setup, traffic and optimise digital campaigns in Google CM360, DV360, and Paid Social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
- Participate in QA workflows with external teams to ensure best practices and compliance on campaign set up including review of placements, bids and rates
- Work closely with all DSP and ad tech partners as well as ad agencies to effectively launch and maintain all campaigns
- Perform weekly evaluations and optimisations for campaign health, suggest reallocations and ensure full delivery of all campaigns against budget and campaign goals
- Provide delivery reports to account managers and internal Strategy and Campaigns teams
- Liaise with Global DASO team and Ad tech team to implement new technologies and best practices in the APJ region.
- Help maintain campaign maintenance reporting and other operational workflows
- Troubleshoot delivery issues related to campaign assets
- Continuously track and refine the digital operations processes of the team/department
- Help with billing and variance reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 6+ years of managing complex digital advertising campaigns end-to-end, demonstrating deep operational expertise and strategic understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Advanced proficiency in (CM360) for ad serving, trafficking, and reporting; Yahoo Japan or DV360 for programmatic buying and hands-on experience on social platforms like LinkedIn and Meta/Facebook Ads Manager and basic knowledge of Adobe tech stack.
- Understanding local Indian media and brand landscape-including key vendors, channels, and audience preferences-to tailor brand campaigns that resonate with the market, strengthening visibility, awareness, and relevance for Indian audiences.
- Proficiency in analysing data and applying actionable insights using that data to impact campaign Excellent attention to detail, operationally minded
- Strong practical experience with Adobe Analytics, GA4 , data management systems and pixel tracking experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
