- Liaise with Account leads and Ops teamto ensure the information on the invoicing schedule is consistant with invoicing.
- Ensure all the information is in place to enable invoicing before the deadlines.
- Complete webbased invoice request form to create the client billing.
- Monitor and update Client Spend variances.
- Assist Facilities managers analyse spend.
- Help the Billing and Operations Lead on any adhoc requests or reporting.
- Assist with the administration of Client Bank Accounts
- Arrange all the subtenant rent billing and monitor the cash receipts and rent transfers to the client.
- Own end-to-end PO/funding process.
