Hiring Range: $73,391.72 - $81,255.12 per year

What You’ll Do:
As our Senior Accountant, you'll serve as a key financial resource supporting multiple Tribal healthcare entities. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, transparency, and sound decision-making.
- Serving as the on-site accounting professional for designated Tribal healthcare entities
- Assisting with financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and operational metrics
- Supporting grant and contract compliance, reporting, and fund accounting activities
- Collaborating across departments to develop meaningful financial reports and analyses
- Assisting with annual budgets, audits, and internal controls
- Providing backup support for payroll processing and cash management functions
- Performing account reconciliations, financial reviews, and general accounting activities
- Helping strengthen financial processes that support the organization's long-term success

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of senior-level accounting experience
- Demonstrated fund accounting experience
- Experience processing payroll for organizations with 100+ employees using electronic payroll systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current liability insurance
Skills Required
