We’re building the next phase of the finance function at Nineteen Group – Americas, and we’re looking for a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to help lead it.

As the U.S. division of Nineteen Group, we are rapidly expanding our portfolio of industry-leading events and media brands across the United States. Our finance team is evolving alongside that growth, and this role will play a central part in strengthening and scaling our accounting operations.

This is an opportunity to own key pieces of the multi-entity close process, partner closely with finance leadership, and help shape how accounting operates as the business continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive key components of the multi-entity month-end close process
  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Strengthen and standardize accounting processes across entities
  • Support improvements in financial systems and reporting workflows
  • Partner with finance leadership on reporting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Support audit and tax workstreams as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8+ years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
  • Experience working across multiple entities or business units
  • Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms
  • ERP exposure preferred
  • Experience in high-growth, acquisition-driven, or private equity-backed environments is a plus.
