· 负责区域市场的重点客户和经销商管理工作
· 持续追踪并完成公司下达的各项业绩指标，有效推动客户的生意良性发展以及潜力客户的开发。
· 负责重点客户年度合同谈判与管理，在公司销售策略指导下，制定适应区域客户发展的合作方案，并监督、跟进方案的实施与进展，且对执行结果负责
· 监督公司各项市场活动的落地执行，控制活动投入产出
· 负责所管理客户的门店拜访和日常执行工作
任职要求
· 大学本科以上学历，3年以上外企工作经验；
· 良好的学习能力，工作积极主动，责任心强。
· 良好数据分析能力和市场洞察力，具备拓展新市场，新渠道的能力和信心。
· 较强的团队协作力和正向影响力。
· 能适应出差并服从公司安排。
· 熟练使用word，excel，PPT等办公软件，具备一定的英语读写能力。
