As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Selling Sales Manager to help lead our sales team to the next level.

The Role:
As a Selling Sales Manager, you’ll lead from the front—driving results while coaching and developing a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys closing deals, mentoring others, and building a winning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review appointments set by the inside sales team

  • Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside reps for hands-on training

  • Support reps in the home and assist with closing when needed

  • Track performance and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met

  • Handle cancel-save appointments to recover potential sales

  • Work with the rehash team to maximize closing opportunities

  • Lead ongoing sales training and team development

  • Set clear expectations and keep the team aligned with goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-Day Concept preferred)

  • 2+ years of sales management experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Comfortable using technology (iPads, digital contracts, etc.)
