Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Business or related discipline and two (2) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two (2) years mortgage or lending experience preferred

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:
- Specific job-related training will be required on a continual basis. Business travel required as needed between Norwich and off-site lending areas, as well as for Conferences, Professional Organizations, Training and Investor Seminars.
Tasks Performed:
- 25% Prepare and maintain documents for Secondary Market Loan Sales, such as Freddie/Fannie Mae, including compiling and assuring all sold loan notes are submitted within the allotted timeframe.
- 15% Analyze, prepare and communicate daily loan pricing for Home Lending - Mortgages. Maintain and update all loan pricing documentation and ensure it is properly stored within the image record system.
- 10% Evaluate the sold loan reports to ensure accuracy, data integrity and timely commitment. Verify loans are properly coded for sale within appropriate systems.
- 20% Review loan data to maintain sale ability of pipeline and remove any loans from reports that do not meet established criteria. Monitor reporting metrics to guarantee all sold loans are closed and sold within the expiration date and monitor loans that may be approaching expiration.
- 10% Provide regular management updates on mortgage pipelines as well as tracking and loan package maintenance for all investor related loan sales and purchases of CRA Wholesale Loans.
- 5% Work with Investors and Mortgage Insurance Companies to provide documentation for loan defects/repurchase requests.
- 10% Assist the Secondary Market and Construction Risk Manager in analysis and document collection for builder acceptance.
- 5% Other duties as assigned
