As Scrum Master, you know the secrets of guiding squads to deliver impactful financial solutions. You lead at least two squads, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and high engagement. You are responsible for facilitating Agile rituals, supporting backlog refinement, and mentoring both teams and individuals. Imagine coaching squads to improve predictability and transparency, while acting as a sparring partner for Area leadership. As Scrum Master, you help shape the future of international banking at Rabobank.

You facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote a safe environment for open feedback and innovation, and mentor team members in their Agile maturity. • Certified Agile professional.

• Proven track record as Scrum Master in dynamic, international environments.

• Experience with Scrum, Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices.

• Hands-on experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.

• At least 1 year of system support experience in a production environment.

• Familiarity with security and compliance aspects of system development.

• Skilled in using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
