As a Scrum Master, you know the secrets of empowering teams to excel by facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching for collaboration, and fostering a culture of ownership and reflection. You shape the way we work within the evolving Banking as a Service Area. You turn resistance into momentum and connect team priorities with area goals, making a tangible difference every day.

As Scrum Master, you bridge the gap between conceptualising and actioning project ideas within a team. You support Product Owners in executing the product backlog and maintain a healthy, creative development process to deliver world-class software. You help the Area improve in their transformation and coach the Area Leadership team in their Agile way of working within Simplify at Scale. You are a reliable sparring partner for the Tech Lead and the Area Leadership Team.

• Supported three dynamic teams in navigating high stakeholder complexity and delivering impactful products.

• Coached team members not only on team dynamics but also on personal aspirations.

• Brought people back on track during discussions and asked the critical questions which usually do not get asked.

You facilitate engaging agile ceremonies, workshops, and team conversations that move people forward, ensuring continuous improvement and team growth. You coach teams and individuals to build collaboration, take ownership, and drive positive change, fostering psychological safety and inclusiveness. You strengthen the visibility of the teams by connecting bottom-up team priorities with top-down management goals. You share your talent 36 hours per week as Scrum Master at Rabobank.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Experience with both Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum @Scale).

• Fluent in English (and Dutch is a plus).

• Strong facilitation skills (workshops, retrospectives, training).
