Scrum Master

We are now looking for a Scrum Master in Sofia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum master for 2-3 scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.

• Facilitate daily stand up meeting, sprint planning, sprint retrospective and sprint review meetings

• Provide guidance and support to teams in the execution of Program Increment (PI) Planning activities, ensuring a collaborative and effective process

• Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog refined

• Ensure cross-team coordination occurs

• Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal

• Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing

• Collaborate with Product Owner and Software Engineering Manager to form a successful leadership for the teams

What We Will Expect From You:

• Considerable experience within a Scrum Master position (at least 2 years of experience) including a background in Project Management for software development including: project planning, stakeholder management and contingency

• Knowledge of software development and QA processes including TDD and BDD

• Evidence of the promotion of continued improvements within Agile teams

• The ability to lead from the front - this is an active role that requires "doer", capable of inspiring and directing teams rather than simply monitoring them from afar

• Fluent English
