Job requirements
- 3 years of project / program delivery
- 3 years of experience as a scrum master leading agile delivery
- Experience in managing project / program financials
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user
- stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Scrum master certification is a plus
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Communicate and align product vision with cross-functional teams, ensuring shared understanding and focus on customer needs and business objectives.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, gathering feedback and addressing any potential concerns.
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on high-value work.
- Make informed trade-off decisions based on business priorities, customer impact, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Oversee product releases, manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and gather end-user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Salesforce experience not required. this will actually be in support of our Finance Tech Stack (includes Zuora, Blackline, Netsuite); experience with any of these apps is a plus, but not required, nor as important as the agile delivery and project / program management experience
