Purpose and Scope:
The specialist in Labeling and Artwork management is responsible for the creation, revision and management of artwork for specific area(s) or product(s).
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Execute artwork revision works as planned in for specific area(s) or product(s)
- Manage the execution of artwork development and maintenance with relevant multidisciplinary teams and/or customers according to the effective SOP’s.
- Manages end-to-end artwork change using knowledge of regulatory processes, Supply Chain and production environments.
- Manage and control priority within own product portfolio ensuring stable supply of product.
- Contribute to cross functional process; Change control of Text and/or Artwork (CCTA), SPD Change control, CMC.
- Support and contribute product launch and product life cycle projects for LMG related activities.
- Support of training, document control and deviations
- Support necessary business process and systems for LMG such as; Artwork Management System, Agency management and data management.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience for >2 years with Artwork process, change control in GMP environment or equivalent expertise in eg: RA, QA, supply chain and manufacturing (GxP oriented)
- Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Cross-functional collaboration skills, able to build friendly cooperative relationships with surroundings (including external parties)
- Good knowledge and understanding packaging printing environment
