Are you organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment? Join our Networks team as a Scheduler in Modimolle and play a key role in coordinating installations, callouts, and service excellence for our Fibre and Wireless customers.
The key purpose of this role is to coordinate daily technician activities, optimise scheduling efficiency, ensure accurate ticket management, and maintain strong communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams — all while upholding quality, safety, and operational standards.
What you’ll do:-
Schedule appointments with clients, including site surveys, installations, callouts, and CPE removals
Drive installation productivity and support quality service delivery

Ensure all assigned tickets are accurately updated with required information

Plan and optimise technician routes for maximum efficiency

Actively monitor fleet movements and technician progress

Communicate effectively with clients and Installers regarding appointments and updates

Coordinate, prioritise, and track daily appointment progress
-
Review previous day job cards to ensure completion, accuracy, and client sign-off

Perform provisioning and capture required information on Enigma
-
Ensure all tickets and job cards are properly closed and quotes are verified for invoicing

Create and manage PPPoE configurations as required
-
Produce daily and weekly activity reports
-
Monitor and enforce Health and Safety protocol compliance

Handle technical enquiries from Technicians and escalate where necessary

Fast-track pending client concerns and queries to a Senior

Ensure all relevant SOP documentation remains updated and compliant

Matric (Grade 12)
-
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar scheduling or coordination role

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong planning and time management skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
