The Role
Shift- 12hr, 24/7 including night shift for 4 days and 3 days off , Onsite
Location- Jalan Bangsar, KL
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for SAN storage and switches, handling incidents, service requests, and changes while following business and ITSM guidelines.
- Assist with Disaster Recovery, Backup, and Contingency planning for storage systems.
- Stay updated on new technologies and provide Level 1/2 technical support, including handling escalations for Hitachi and third-party storage systems like Block, File, and Content.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Train new team members on customer environments and processes.
- Help create and update runbooks, documentation, and contribute to improvement programs.
- Optimize and troubleshoot File and Block storage systems.
