Job DescriptionProject – the aim you’ll have
You’ll be at the forefront of our expansion into the DACH market, identifying opportunities, opening doors, and shaping relationships with clients in industries like fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, and SaaS. If you understand the value of clean architecture, great UX — and know how to pitch it — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the DACH region
- Build and nurture long-term business relationships
- Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams
- Analyze market trends, competition, and new business opportunities
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Research, identify, and engage with potential clients in the DACH region
- Present our software development capabilities and co-create tailored solutions
- Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Work closely with our tech leads and delivery team to scope and align on solutions
- Attend tech events, conferences, and industry meetups
This role requires candidates to be based in Germany.
QualificationsExpectations – the experience you need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Fluent in German (C1 or above) – required
- Proficiency in English (B2 or above)
- Understanding of business culture and practices in the DACH region
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in selling IT, SaaS, or consulting services
