The Role

We are looking for new colleagues in Qualysoft teams for diverse projects providing continuous learning opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate system integration and user acceptance testing activities within a large-scale ERP environment,
- Manage a team of 10–20 testers, ensuring test execution quality, progress tracking, and issue resolution,
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports aligned with project requirements,
- Facilitate defect management and drive active resolution with development and functional teams,
- Ensure alignment with project milestones and communicate test status and risks to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Test Management experience,
- SAP R3 experience & integration experience with other systems,
- Proven track record to manage / coordinate +10-20 testers at the same time,
- 2 full-cycle test completion,
- Active defect resolution,
- Track record to work in multi-company environment (official language: English).
