Your Mission
 

You want to shape how HR really works in modern organizations – not just configure a system. With your SAP SuccessFactors expertise, you take ownership of entire workstreams in international projects, from understanding business needs to designing and building the solution that goes live.
Whether your focus is Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, (EC) Payroll, (EC) Time, Learning, Compensation, or any other module, you will work where your skills have real impact and where you can continue to grow.
 

What you can expect
 

  • Delivering SAP SuccessFactors solutions as part of international, large scale HR transformation programs

  • Taking end to end ownership for one or more modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Time Management, Learning, or Compensation

  • Leading client workshops, translating requirements into a solid solution design, and configuring the system end to end

  • Working closely with Program Leads, integration specialists, and our nearshore/offshore teams to ensure a high quality delivery

  • Contributing to presales activities including RfPs, estimations, and demo preparation

What we are looking for:
 

  • Solid consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors at Senior Consultant level or above

  • Deep expertise in at least one SuccessFactors module — specialists across all functional areas are equally welcome

  • Background in international projects and hybrid delivery models

  • German language skills preferred, strong English required

  • High standards for quality, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset
