We’re looking for a SAP Hybris (CX) eCommerce Functional Consultant to join our growing team and help shape modern, customer‑centric eCommerce solutions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical team —turning complex business needs into clear functional designs and delivering high‑quality SAP Commerce Cloud solutions from idea to go‑live.
Office locations: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, flexible work model, full-time

Key responsibilities:
Leading requirements workshops with business, product, and IT teams
Translating business needs into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Advising on and configuring SAP Commerce Cloud features (catalogs, products, promotions, cart & checkout, order management, customer journeys)
Partnering with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented as intended
Supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, payment, shipping and middleware solutions
Collaborating with QA on test strategy, UAT, defect triage, and validation
Supporting change management, training, cutover, and hypercare activities
Identifying optimization opportunities and driving continuous improvement
Professional experience and qualifications required:
5+ years as a Functional Consultant on SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud projects.
Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes: product/catalog, pricing & promotions, checkout, payments, order lifecycle, returns/refunds.
Experience writing high-quality user stories, functional specs, and business process documentation.
Experience with core Hybris concepts (e.g., catalog structure, product modeling, CMS, promotions/vouchers).
Strong analytical and communication skills—comfortable presenting to both business and technical audiences.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
English proficiency (additional languages a plus).
