  • Implement API-based, middleware, and event-driven integration patterns where applicable.
  • Ensure data consistency, synchronization reliability, and well-documented data flows.

Operations, Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for Salesforce-related issues, including root cause analysis and corrective / preventative action.
  • Identify and drive platform improvements such as workflow automation, UI efficiency enhancements, and system performance tuning.
  • Maintain documentation for system configuration, data architecture, custom components, and integration processes.

Additional Responsibilities

Project Management Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to balance project timelines, scope, and resource allocation, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Foster effective communication within the team to maintain alignment, keep all members informed, and ensure focus on key priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or enterprise ERP/S&OP integrations.
  • Experience using Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar integration middleware.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, Integration Architect) are strong assets.
